In accordance with LR 9.6.14R, the Company announces that Mr. Richard Cooper, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed on 1 November 2017 as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of VR Education Holdings plc, which listed on AIM and the ESM on 12 March 2018.

There are no further matters to be disclosed under LR 9.6.14R.
