Grant of Sharesave Plan OptionsNotification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Spire Healthcare Group plc (the "Company") , announces that following valid elections from both of the Company's Executive Director, Justin Ash and Jitesh Sodha, to participate in the Company's all-employee Sharesave Plan, options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 2 May 2019 as follows:

Subject to the rules of the Spire Healthcare Group plc 2016 Sharesave Plan, the options may be exercised at the end of the three year saving contract at the exercise price set out above.
