London, 17 January 2018 Sinclair Pharma plc (AIM:SPH.L) ("Sinclair" or the "Group"), the international aesthetics company, was advised on 16 January 2018, that on that day, Jeff Thompson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Group at an average price of 23.1p per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Jeff Thompson's total beneficial interest is 350,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Group.
