Directors' Dealings

Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH.L), ("Sinclair" or the "Group") the international specialty pharma company, was informed on 17 July 2014 that earlier that day Stuart Swanson, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Sinclair at an average price of 30.655p per share. Following this purchase Stuart Swanson has a beneficial interest in 11,150,000 ordinary shares representing 2.24% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital. 

Sinclair was also informed on 17 July 2014 that earlier that day Jean-Charles Tschudin, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in Sinclair at an average price of 30.75p per share. Following this purchase Jean-Charles Tschudin has a beneficial interest in 2,500,117 ordinary shares representing 0.50% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
