23 May 2016, Sinclair Pharma plc (SPH.L) ("Sinclair" or the "Company") the international aesthetics company, was advised on 20 May, that on that day Jean-Charles Tschudin Non-Executive Director, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 35.0p per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Mr Tschudin is interested in 3,250,117 Ordinary Shares, 0.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
