Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The Company confirms that, further to its announcement released on 17 November 2011 pursuant to which it confirmed the offer and acceptance of a Regional Selective Assistance Grant, a Supplementary Prospectus will be posted to shareholders later today.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 7 November 2011 and the documents incorporated by reference therein.
A copy of this document together with the Supplementary Prospectus will be available on the Company's website at www.superglass.co.uk.
