TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Sopheon plc announces that pursuant to the capital reorganization announced in the Company's interim management statement of 2 May 2013, the Company's issued share capital with voting rights consists of 7,729,000 ordinary shares of 20p each. None of these shares are held in Treasury.
This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
