Embargoed Release: 10:30hrs Wednesday 6 April 2005 SOPHEON PLC Additional Listing and Directors Shareholdings Sopheon plc announces that following the publication of its preliminary resultsfor 2004 yesterday, it issued 1,208,333 ordinary shares of 5p each inconnection with the exercise of conversion rights in respect of ‚£145,000nominal value of convertible loan stock by three directors.
