SOPHEON PLC ACQUISITION UPDATE Sopheon plc is pleased to announce that further to its announcement on 11 June2007, it has received the necessary consents from the shareholders of AlignentSoftware Inc, and has concluded the required ancillary agreements andformalities including the final debt documentation.
