RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Secure Property Development & Investment Limited, formerly Aisi Realty Public Limited*, a South Eastern European focused property and investment company, today announces the resignation from the Board of Directors of Besik Sikharulidze.

Mr. Sikharulidze had been a representative of Aisi Realty Capital LLC, the previous and third party external manager of Aisi Realty Public, which managed the Company until August 2011. Mr. Sikharulidze stayed on as Managing Director of Ukraine and as a member of the Board to ensure a smooth transition was achieved.
