SP Holdings PLC23 May 2005 SP Holdings PLC Directorate change SP Holdings PLC ("the Company") announces the appointment of Matthew Patten,formerly Deputy Chairman, as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Tony Simpson, previously Chief Executive Officer of the Company has assumed therole of Deputy Chairman. As a part of the Board re-organisation the COO, Steve Hayward, and the FD, DavidMends, have left the Company. The Board is currently seeking a new FinanceDirector and an announcement regarding this position will be made in due course. The Board wishes to thank Steve and David for their assistance in the group'sdevelopment and wishes them well for the future. The Board believes that this more focused structure will greatly aid the Companywith its ongoing development and will assist in delivering shareholder value.
