Replacement: Change of accounting reference date
The following amendment has been made to the Change of accounting reference date announcement released by the Company at 07:30 on 11 May 2021 under RNS number 1999Y.
The date in the following sentence contained an error and has been changed from 31 March 2020 to 31 March 2021 within the body of the announcement: "Publication of audited accounts for the 15 months to 31 March 2020, not later than 30 June 2021".
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Change of accounting reference date
The Company announces that that it will be changing its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 March.
The accounting reference date change to 31 March has been made to align the Company's accounting reference date with the month in which the disposal of its operating businesses and its change in status to a Cash Shell pursuant to AIM Rule 15 took place. Both of these events occurred on 3 March 2021.
As a result, the Company's next three financial reporting events will be as follows:
· Publication of audited accounts for the 15 months to 31 March 2021, not later than 30 June 2021
· Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 September 2021, not later than 31 December 2021
· Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 31 March 2022, not later than 30 September 2022
