Strategic Partnership with HERE

The Board of Directors of 1Spatial, the global spatial software, service and data quality company which manages the world's largest spatial data, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership with HERE, a leader in navigation, mapping and location experiences to deliver high grade map content to the enterprise market (the "Strategic Partnership").

As part of the Strategic Partnership, formed to fulfil key enterprise account requirements and market opportunities, HERE is working with 1Spatial to provide data quality and processing solutions incorporating selected high quality map data from HERE.

The Strategic Partnership will bring multiple benefits to clients and the market. These benefits will include the utilisation of 1Spatial's technology, which will facilitate the automated integration of HERE's data with clients' own spatial and asset based information. This will enable clients' current data holdings to be embellished quickly and easily with the high grade HERE datasets. The Strategic Partnership will also allow HERE to offer a more tailored version of their data, through the use of the 1Spatial technology in an automated and repeatable process through change only updates.
