Result of General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 2 April 2012, the change of name of the company to 1Spatial Plc was approved by shareholders at the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today. The relevant documentation has now been filed with Companies House and the Company will provide a further update in due course regarding the date on which the name change will take effect.
In addition, the Company announces that, with immediate effect, the Company has changed its registered address to Pannell House, Park Street, Guildford, GU1 4HN, United Kingdom.
