Director Share Purchase & PDMR Dealing
1Spatial (AIM: SPA), global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, announces that on 13 March 2024 it was notified that on that same day, Claire Milverton, CEO of the Company, purchased 19,038 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Claire Milverton's total shareholding in the Company is 718,776 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.65 per cent of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.
The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 as amended by The Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
