Chairman Appointment Process

1Spatial plc, the Global Spatial Software and Solutions Company which manages the world's largest spatial data, provides an update on the process to appoint a permanent Non-Executive Chairman.

In an announcement made on 6 July 2016, the Company stated that David Richards intended to step down from his interim role by 31 August 2016, the Board can confirm that David has stepped down from his role and would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company.

The Board is now in the final stages of appointing a permanent Non-Executive Chairman whose skills will complement the Board at this exciting time in the Company's development and looks forward to making a formal appointment announcement shortly.
