Total voting rights
Sound Oil, the upstream oil and gas company with assets in Italy and Indonesia, announces that following the admission to AIM yesterday of 13,461,538 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") relating to the drawdown of the equity line announced on 10 November 2011 and today of 91,998,582 Ordinary Shares relating to the acquisition of Celtique Energie SpA also announced on 10 November 2011, the Company will have 1,727,405,430 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,727,405,430 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
