Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sound Oil, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that it was notified on 5 February 2014 that Simon Davies, a Non Executive Director of the Company, yesterday acquired 1,866,667 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.6 pence per share. As a result, Simon Davies is now interested in 10,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
