Medavinci PLC24 December 2007 MeDaVinci plc ("MeDaVinci" or "the Company") Placing of New Ordinary Shares MeDaVinci the investment company focussed on technologies, products and servicesin the health and wellness markets, is pleased to announce it has raised£969,280 by way of a placing of 14,912,000 New Ordinary Shares at 6.5 pence pershare (the "Placing"). The funds raised will be used to provide additional working capital for theCompany. Following the Placing, Phoenix Foundation will have an interest in 14.95% in theenlarged share capital of the Company. The Placing is conditional on the New Ordinary Shares being admitted to tradingon AIM. The New Ordinary Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing Ordinary Shares and have been allotted and issuedcredited as fully paid. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares tobe admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to be on 4 January 2007.
