Sorted Group Holdings plc (AIM: SORT), a leading provider of delivery experience and post-purchase technology, announces that, further to the Company's notification on 27 August 2025, Mahmoud Wariah ceased to be a director of the Company on 6 January 2026.

The Company's finance function is being overseen by Simon Wilkinson, Executive Chairman, with the support of Dr. Nigel Burton, one of the Group's non-executive directors, who, inter alia, has over 30 years' experience in a number of finance roles, including as Chief Financial Officer of a number of private and public companies.
