Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, received notification that 10,136 Ordinary Shares in the Company have been sold by Mr Neil Wood, a PDMR of the Company. Following the transaction, Mr Wood's beneficial interest in the Company is 3,132 shares, representing 0.001% of the issued capital of the Company.

About Bluefield Partners LLP ('Bluefield')
