AGM Statement

Somero Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to provide an update on trading ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held tomorrow, 18 June 2025, at 9 a.m. local time at its global headquarters, 14530 Global Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida 33913, U.S.A. 

The Board continues to expect full-year revenue, profitability, and cash generation to be in line with the revised guidance issued in the 24 April 2025 trading update. Since that announcement, market conditions have remained broadly unchanged. Non-residential construction activity remains steady, underpinned by strong bidding levels and healthy project backlogs, although projects and capital investment decisions continue to be affected by broader economic uncertainty. Looking ahead, the Company anticipates a continuation of these conditions in the second half of the year, while expecting to benefit from a seasonal trading uplift and contributions from new products. 

The Board looks forward to providing a more detailed trading update covering the first six months of FY 2025 in July.
