Statpro Group PLC05 June 2007 5 June 2007 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Director's Dealing The Company announces that Mark Adorian, Non-Executive Director of the Company,has exercised 83,333 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") on 4 June 2007 at 60p per share. Following this transactionMr Adorian's interest in the Company comprises 1,798,476 Ordinary Shares,representing approximately 3.40 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital. Application has been made for the admission to AIM of the 83,333 new OrdinaryShares. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existingissued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 11 June 2007. Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital willcomprise 52,842,569 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does nothold any shares in treasury. This figure of 52,842,569 ordinary shares may beused by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations bywhich they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, ora change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
