Director's shareholding

StatPro announces that it was informed on 5 August 2008 that Andrew Fabian, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of his SIPP at a price of 61p per share. Following this transaction, Andrew Fabian's interest in the Company comprises 56,363 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
