SALT LAKE POTASH LIMITED ISSUE OF SECURITIES CHANGE OF DIRECTOR'S INTEREST NOTICE |
Salt Lake Potash Limited ("the Company") advises that Mr Tony Swiericzuk, Managing Director, has acquired 363,053 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company purchased on market.
The Company also advises that it has issued 4,172,500 new fully paid ordinary shares to employees, consultants and directors on conversion of performance rights following satisfaction of the Trench/Pond Construction Milestone (refer Announcement 25 February 2020). Mr Tony Swiericzuk was issued 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares on conversion of these performance rights.
Following acquisition of these shares, Mr Swiericzuk has an interest in 3,510,263 fully paid ordinary shares representing 1.19% of the issued share capital. Mr Swiericzuk also holds an indirect interest in 5 million incentive options and 5,788,324 performance rights.
A total of 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares on conversion of these performance rights were also issued to three other persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as detailed below.
Settlement and dealings
Application will be made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 4,172,500 Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading. Dealings on AIM are expected to commence at 8:00am on or around 26 March 2020 ("Admission").
Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), following Admission, Salt Lake will have 294,462,306 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. Salt Lake holds no shares in treasury. This figure of 294,462,306 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the ASX Listing Rules or the DTRs.
The Company has lodged an Appendix 3Y - Change of Director's Interest Notice in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules and the Notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation provide additional information.
