Resignation of Mrs Miriam Maes as Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Sabien announces that Mrs Miriam Maes has informed them of her intention to resign as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 November 2015 due to her other commitments in Europe. The Board would like to take this opportunity of thanking Mrs Maes for her invaluable guidance as Chairman of the Board since November 2012 and to wish her well with her new opportunities.

Mr Bruce Gordon, who was appointed a Non-Executive Director on 30 September 2015, has agreed to take over as Chairman of the Board.

Commenting on Miriam's resignation and Bruce's appointment, Alan O'Brien, Chief Executive Officer, said: "I'm very sorry that Miriam has decided to resign from the Board as she has not only brought us many valuable insights into the energy efficiency market but has also made a large number of introductions to business contacts in the three years that she has been Chairman. I am glad that Bruce has agreed to take over as Chairman as he has shown his confidence in the Company and its strategy over the past 6 years by proactively investing in it. I look forward to working with Bruce in continuing Sabien's success."
