Senior plc ("the Company") is pleased to note that Bindi Foyle, Group Finance Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Avon Rubber p.l.c. with effect from 1 May 2020. Avon Rubber p.l.c. is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
