Retraction of BlackRock, Inc.'s Holding(s) in Company
The following announcement has been released to inform investors that they should ignore the Holding in Company announcement released at 17:40 on 21 December 2016 under RNS number 5402S.
As a result of the revised Total Voting Rights announcement released by the Company at 12:07 on 21 December 2016 under RNS 4990S, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited did not cross the 5% threshold for voting rights in the Company. BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited have informed the Company that their filling made with the FCA notifying the FCA of the threshold having been crossed has been retracted.
