Correction to grant of share awards
The following correction is being made to the 'Grant of share awards' announcement released on 22 April 2020 under RNS number 4996K (the Initial Announcement).
Under the Initial Announcement, the Company had incorrectly stated that it had awarded 6,136 deferred shares to Martin Schnaier under the Company's 2019 Annual Bonus Plan (ABP). Martin was actually awarded 5,868 deferred shares under the ABP with a grant date of 20 April 2020. In accordance with the rules of the ABP, 50% of any bonus earned is deferred into shares for three years.
All other details contained within the Initial Announcement, including the number of shares awarded to Martin under the Company's Performance Share Plan, remain unchanged.
