Grant of options

On 28 June 2010 Iain Buchanan, Non-executive Director of Synairgen, was granted options over 212,765 ordinary shares in the Company under the Synairgen Qualifying Non-Employee Share Option Plan 2009 at an exercise price of 23.5 pence per share, representing approximately 0.36 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
