Synairgen plc30 November 2006 Synairgen plc ("Synairgen" or the "Company") Director Shareholdings The Company was informed on 30 November 2006 that Richard Marsden, ManagingDirector of Synairgen, had been granted options on 30 November 2006 over 70,606ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under theCompany's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") at an exercise price of 1 pence. Mr Marsden's holding in options over Ordinary Shares has therefore increased to814,435, representing approximately 3.75 per cent. of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company. The Company was informed on 30 November 2006 that John Ward, Finance Director ofSynairgen, had been granted options on 30 November 2006 over 128,484 OrdinaryShares in the Company under the Company's LTIP at an exercise price of 1 pence. Mr Ward's holding in options over Ordinary Shares has therefore increased to513,675, representing approximately 2.37 per cent. of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company.
