The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 2 September at 10:02 under RNS no 8266X.
The average price was given as 4.5 pence but this should have read 0.45 pence per share.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 1 September 2015 that Mark Braund, a non-executive director and CEO-designate, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 28 August 2015 at an average price of 0.45 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mark Braund is interested in 4,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.32 per cent. of Coms’ issued share capital.
