Directors Dealing and Notice of Interest

Coms plc (AIM:COMS), the internet telephony service provider, announces that on 12 February 2013, the following directors purchased ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

·; Dave Breith, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 7,966,667 Ordinary Shares at 0.75p per share increasing his shareholding in the Company to 89,659,788 Ordinary Shares representing 27.92 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company; and

·; Andrew Branson, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 3,333,333 Ordinary Shares at 0.75p per share increasing his shareholding in the Company to 4,076,666 Ordinary Shares representing 1.27 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.

This is the second market purchase of shares in Coms that Dave Breith has made since last December's placing to him of just over 81m new shares. Breith, who recently became CEO of the Company, stated "I am keen to continue investing in Coms and remain supremely confident of its potential"

In addition, the Company has been notified by MXC Capital Limited that it has disposed of, in aggregate, 33,333,333 Ordinary Shares, reducing its shareholding to 21,812,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.79 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
