Appointment of Iain Ross as Independent Non-Executive Director

Coms plc (AIM:COMS), the internet telephony service provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Iain Ross as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

David Breith, CEO commented; "Iain is a Chartered Director and has a wealth of experience having been an NED and Chairman of several listed technology businesses in the UK and overseas. Our ability to attract someone of his experience further validates the new vision, desire and strategy of the Company. We intend to make further Board appointments as appropriate in the near future"
