Board Update

Coms plc (AIM: COMS) has confirmed today that Stephen Foster who recently joined the Coms PLC board as a Non-Executive Director has been appointed as Group Sales Director of the Company. Stephen will be fully responsible for Direct, Wholesale, Government and Residential offerings and the intention is that within the Company's new organisational infrastructure he will have 5 Sales Directors and their teams reporting to him.

Stephen will remain on the Coms PLC Board as an Executive Director and a further independent non-executive director will be appointed in due course.

Dave Breith (Coms CEO) commented "Stephen has a long and successful track record in communication technology sales and his most recent position was as head of Sales for the UK and Northern Europe for Siemens Enterprise Communications. I am very happy that I have managed to persuade Stephen to join the Company on a full-time basis providing me his years of knowledge and experience to help me grow the business on a vertical scale over the coming years"
