Total Voting Rights
In compliance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31st July 2017 the issued ordinary share capital of the Company comprised 222,376,988 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 222,376,988.
The total voting rights figure of 222,376,988 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
