NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

St. Modwen Properties PLC (the "Company") has been notified that, on 14th July 2016, 12,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company were transferred, pursuant to a grant of probate, from the estate of Lady Hilda Clarke (deceased) to Simon Clarke, a non-executive director and PDMR, and Jane Gerard-Pearse to hold jointly on behalf of Simon Clarke's daughter, a minor and a person closely associated with him. Consequently, the number of ordinary shares held by Simon Clarke and those persons closely associated with him has increased by 12,500 shares to 3,225,157 shares.
