Directorate Change - Section 430(2B) Companies Act Disclosure
Further to the announcement by St. Modwen on 22nd August 2014, John Salmon retired from the Board as a non-executive director of the Company and Audit Committee Chairman with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that John Salmon will receive his annual base fee as a non-executive director of the Company of £42,436 per annum, and additional fees in respect of his chairmanship of the Audit Committee of £9,000 per annum, on a pro-rata basis to 27th March 2015. No other remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made.
