Application for Listing
St. Modwen Properties PLC ("St. Modwen" or the "Company") announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of St. Modwen (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange respectively.
The shares will be allotted and issued to The St. Modwen Properties PLC Employee Share Trust to satisfy the exercise of awards made under the Company's share-based incentive arrangements.
The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will take place at 8am on Wednesday 23rd September 2015.
