Issue of Shares

St. Modwen Properties PLC ("St. Modwen" or the "Company") announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of St. Modwen (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange respectively ("Admission").

The Shares will be allotted and issued to The St. Modwen Properties PLC Employee Share Trust (at the nominal value of 10 pence each) to satisfy the exercise of awards made under the Company's share-based incentive arrangements.

The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that Admission will take place at 8am on Tuesday 27 October 2020.
