Total Voting Rights
At the date of this announcement Strategic Minerals' issued share capital consists of 550,825,560 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Strategic Minerals is 550,825,560. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
