Total Voting Rights  

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares of 25p in the Company in issue as at 31 January 2019 is 100,585,411 (excluding treasury shares) with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right. As at 31 January 2019, there are 3,579,011 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The figure of 100,585,411 Ordinary Shares may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
