RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Standard Life UK Smaller Companies Trust plc (the "Company") hereby gives notification that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, 26 October 2017, all the Resolutions as set out in full in the Notice of Meeting contained in the 2017 Annual Report which was sent to shareholders on 14 September 2017, were duly passed.
