As announced on 12 September 2017 by Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc and by Calculus VCT plc, following the merger of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc with Calculus VCT plc, Diane Seymour-Williams has resigned as a non-executive Director of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc and has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Calculus VCT plc with effect from 12 September 2017.
