TOP 20 HOLDERS AND DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE

Following the implementation of the scheme of arrangement between Sylvania Resources Limited and the shareholders of Sylvania Resources Limited on 18 March 2011, Sylvania Platinum Limited ("Sylvania Platinum") is required by the ASX Listing Rules to provide the following information:

·; a final statement setting out the names of the top 20 holders of common shares in Sylvania Platinum and the number and percentage of Sylvania Platinum shares held by such holders; and

·; a final distribution schedule of the numbers of holders of Sylvania Platinum Shares in the form contained in Appendix 1A of the ASX Listing Rules at paragraph 48.
