Director/PDMR Shareholding
HC Slingsby PLC, one of the market leaders in the distribution of industrial and commercial equipment, announces that Morgan Morris, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased a total of 2,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 200 pence per share.
Following these purchases, Morgan Morris has a total beneficial interest in 53,500 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 5.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
