Board Change

The Company announces that Morgan Morris has been appointed as Group Chief Executive with immediate effect. Morgan joined the Company as Finance Director in 2015 and will retain the responsibilities associated with that position for the time being.

Dominic Slingsby remains as Interim Executive Chairman and Operations Director.

The Company continues to look to appoint a Non-Executive Chairman in due course.
