STANDARD LIFE INVESTMENTS PROPERTY INCOME TRUST LIMITED
SHARE ISSUANCE UPDATE
Further to the announcement released by the Company yesterday, the Company is pleased to announce that it has issued 1,144,318 ordinary shares of 1p each, which rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, at a price of 62p per share in order to satisfy market demand. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in these shares will commence on the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 31 July 2013.
The Company has now issued 9.99% of its issued share capital in the past 12 months and the proceeds of these issues are being used to provide flexibility to the manager to pursue opportunities in the market.
