Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust is pleased to announce it has completed the purchase of a retail warehouse and car show room in Bradford for £5.1m, a yield of 9.5%. The Halfords unit is located next to the dominant retail warehouse park in Bradford, and is let to Halfords, who in turn sublet part to Maplin. The car show room is let for a further 6 years but the tenant is not in occupation.
