STANDARD LIFE INVESTMENTS PROPERTY INCOME TRUST LIMITED
ISSUE OF EQUITY
The Board announces that Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Limited ("the Company") has today allotted 21,231,747 ordinary shares of 1p each, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, in connection with the conversion of the Company's six million redeemable preference shares into new ordinary shares and the placing and open offer of new ordinary shares.
It is expected that Admission in these ordinary shares will become effective on 22 July 2011 and that dealings in the ordinary shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 July 2011. Thereafter, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 136,631,746, and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 136,631,746.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
